Our Controlled Clearance courses are designed to safely and systematically clear structures utilizing the many of the same techniques used by Tier One units in the military and law enforcement communities. The Hostage Rescue Class is an intensive program designed for law enforcement SWAT personnel, providing hands-on training for the most complex, high-stakes tactical scenarios. Participants learn dynamic entry techniques, team coordination, room clearing and close-quarters battle, while also integrating negotiation strategies to de-escalate threats. Training includes realistic scenario-based exercises with NLTA or live fire, medical response for operational injuries, and stress management techniques to sharpen decision-making under pressure—all essential skills for successful hostage rescue operations.
